Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on a flexible schedule. You will run live conversations with AI voice models, compare paired media, and explain what looked off in writing to help improve AI systems.

Contributors receive up to $15/hour, with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs. This freelance role supports a wide range of projects and allows you to work from home or while traveling.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication and comfortable with everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail, patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Able to think on your feet and explain realistic scenarios clearly in writing.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, or mismatched audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality and realism and writing a precise explanation of what you observed.
