Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of home. You’ll hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Earn up to $15 USD/hr, paid weekly, with additional incentives based on project needs. Sessions are flexible, and you’ll gain free access to leading LLMs while helping shape AI systems that reason more accurately.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay/zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Currently accepting applicants from Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom and United States.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then rating how natural and helpful each exchange is.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or mismatched audio.
• Writing a concise explanation in English detailing what was observed.
