Job summary

Outlier in the United States (remote) is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, on your own schedule.

Work remotely with flexible hours, paid weekly, and earn up to $15/hour plus incentives. Use leading LLMs during tasks and provide precise, written explanations of your assessments to help improve AI systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining realistic situations.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each conversation sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a clear English explanation of your observations.
