Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media by holding live conversations with an AI voice model and assessing how well the outputs follow the prompt. You will describe what looked or sounded off in writing and compare image and video pairs for fidelity.

Contributors work remotely on their schedule, earning up to $15 USD/hr with weekly payments and free access to leading LLMs. This is a flexible, contract opportunity across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining realistic situations in natural, conversational language.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English.
