Job summary

WITHIN is a remote role-based opportunity in Colombia for an AI Creative Specialist, joining the AI Creative team to produce original visuals using prompt engineering, model training, and internal tooling.

You’ll partner with Motion Graphics Designers, Video Editors, and Graphic Designers to ensure AI assets integrate seamlessly into campaigns, while maintaining brand consistency and commercial viability. Proficiency with Flux, Midjourney, Gemini image models, and ComfyUI is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a creative production or AI-focused role delivering AI-generated content for commercial use

Responsibilities

• Expertly employ AI image/video models and toolsets for client deliverables.
• Collaborate with Motion Graphics Designers, Video Editors, and Graphic Designers to embed AI assets.
• Develop and refine AI-driven content workflows, prompts, and presets for repeatable production.
• Oversee QA to ensure color, composition, and brand alignment across outputs.
• Document workflows and coach teams on prompt crafting and tool usage.
