WITHIN is seeking an AI Creative Specialist Freelance to lead generative image and video production for client projects. You will craft high-fidelity visuals using prompt engineering, model training, and internal tooling, while shaping AI workflows for the wider agency.

You’ll collaborate with post-production and strategy teams, ensuring brand consistency and creative quality across paid social, digital displays, and print.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a creative production or AI-focused role delivering AI-generated content for commercial use.
• Proficient in multiple AI generation platforms and workflows; skilled in model training for branded imagery.
• Strong design sense with ability to align AI outputs to brand styles.
• Demonstrated innovation integrating emerging AI solutions in campaigns.
• Exceptional communication; able to lead discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Advanced AI model utilization across image and video workflows, with hands-on production.
• Collaborate with Motion Graphics, Video Editors, and Graphic Designers to embed AI outputs into deliverables.
• Develop and refine AI-driven content creation processes and reusable presets.
• Oversee quality checks for color, composition, and brand alignment across outputs.
• Share learnings through walkthroughs and documentation; coach teams on prompts and workflows.
