Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the AI use case portfolio from intake through production with stakeholder alignment and measurable business outcomes.
• Redesign processes using AI/GenAI to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance decision-making.
• Define and implement a value measurement framework for ROI, tracking realized vs projected value.
