Job summary

You will partner with business, technology, risk, and data teams to identify opportunities, assess processes, coordinate governance, and support use cases from ideation to implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years' experience OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 6 years' experience in Data Management, Financial Analysis, or similar

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, identify improvement opportunities, and evaluate AI and Generative AI use cases.
• Support intake, assessment, prioritization, and tracking of AI use cases within assigned business domains.
• Assist in documenting process flows, success metrics, and value realization opportunities.
• Contribute to solution design by working with business, technology, data science, and vendor teams to evaluate AI approaches.
• Coordinate AI governance activities, including documentation, stakeholder engagement, risk assessments, and approval processes.
• Monitor use case progress, risks, dependencies, and milestones; escalate issues as appropriate.
• Develop presentation materials to communicate use case status, benefits, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Track and report portfolio metrics, implementation progress, and realized business value.
• Stay informed on emerging AI capabilities and identify opportunities to apply them to business challenges.
