Job summary

GE Aerospace's Defense Engines & Services team seeks a product leader to own data, analytics, and AI capabilities spanning new engine production and MRO. You will define the roadmap, work with operators and planners, and turn ideas into working prototypes using real production data.

This forward-deployed role embeds with Genba teams, drives end-to-end delivery metrics, and partners with central DT for data fabric standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field with extensive professional experience.
• 10+ years in IT or data/analytics roles, preferably with manufacturing exposure.
• Experience delivering data, analytics, or AI products at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle for data, analytics, and AI products across DES delivery transformation.
• Build and maintain a multi-product data/AI roadmap aligned to output goals.
• Stand up self-service analytics for planners, buyers, and shop leaders.
• Operationalize analytics investments and move prototypes into production.
• Partner on data fabric adoption and reusable ontology across products.
• Lead rapid prototypes to testing and deployment with real data.
• Embed with operators and engineers on-site to ensure adoption.
