Qualifications

• Hands-on builder with a forward-deployed mindset, produces working artifacts (data pipelines, ontology models, notebooks, agent workflows, UIs).
• Proven ability to move ideas from concept to production-ready workflows under time pressure.
• Experience owning data platforms and advanced analytics products at scale (ingestion, modeling, governance, performance, self-service).
• Fluent in modern analytics and AI, including ML, LLMs, retrieval, and agentic patterns; know where methods do/don't belong.
• Knowledge of manufacturing/MRO data, MES/ERP, quality, shop-floor tech, and how data drives delivery and inventory decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle planning, forecasting, and production for interdependent data/AI products within the DES delivery transformation program.
• Build the DES data and analytics roadmap and align stakeholders to support it.
• Stand up self-service data/analytics on manufacturing, quality, and delivery data for real-time inquiries.
• Operationalize analytics and AI investments into the operating model, moving prototypes to production.
• Partner with DT and Enterprise Data on data fabric and ontology adoption for reuse across products.
• Take AI ideas from concept to working software with proofs to test feasibility and scale.
• Embed with Genba—operators, planners, engineers—for fast problem-solving and adoption.
• Use rapid prototyping to convert KPI gaps into working capabilities within weeks.
