Job summary

Truelogic seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to sit at the core of enterprise transformation engagements, embedding with client teams to redesign workflows and drive technology adoption. You will build AI-powered prototypes, diagnose operational friction, and shape operating models that enable measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in management consulting or equivalent roles within enterprise technology, SaaS, or professional services.
• Expertise in at least two areas: organizational design, operating model transformation, change management, technology enablement, or process engineering.
• Proven track record of building structured, evidence-based arguments to influence senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered workflows, automations, and prototypes; able to ship working solutions.
• Ability to scope and deliver a working proof of concept within client engagements autonomously.
• Comfort working without a dedicated engineering team, knowing when to build or pull resources.

Responsibilities

• Map current-state workflows end-to-end to diagnose root causes of operational friction.
• Redesign target-state operations for leaner workflows and clearer decision rights.
• Design comprehensive operating models including structure, governance, and cross-functional interactions.
• Establish baselines and measurement frameworks to track improvements.
• Identify value gaps in stalled implementations and diagnose ROI paths.
• Build AI-powered prototypes using LLM APIs, platform features, and low-code/no-code environments.
• Use demos and prototypes to align stakeholders within client processes.
• Advise clients on where AI adds value and avoid distractions.
• Support rollout of new tools and workflows with change management.
