Qualifications

• Demonstrable professional experience as an AI trainer or in comparable annotation work.
• Concentration and attention to detail sufficient for sustained, complex task work.
• A dependable computer and high-speed internet connection.
• Comfort operating as a self-employed participant and tracking earnings for self-declaration.
• A PayPal account to receive payment for completed tasks.

Responsibilities

• Complete AI training tasks that involve analyzing, editing, and producing written annotations on model behavior
• Judge the performance of AI outputs against defined quality criteria
• Provide feedback that supports improvements to emerging AI models
• Pass a short skills verification exercise before being added to the active participant pool
• Deliver high-quality work on tasks that may run up to one hour in length
