Qualifications

• Verifiable professional experience as an AI trainer on similar annotation or evaluation tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to concentrate on complex assignments for extended periods.
• A reliable computer and a fast, stable internet connection.
• Willingness to operate as a self-employed contractor and self-declare earnings.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, edit, and write annotations on model outputs.
• Evaluate AI system performance on specific tasks.
• Provide feedback to improve model alignment and reliability.
• Complete a 10–15 minute skills verification test prior to admission to the participant pool.
• Complete assigned tasks that may require up to one hour of uninterrupted focused work.
