• PayPal account capable of receiving international payments.
• Willingness to operate as a self-employed participant rather than an employee.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned AI training tasks that may involve analyzing content, editing model outputs, or writing annotations for supervised learning pipelines.
• Evaluate and judge the performance of AI systems against defined criteria.
• Provide feedback that helps improve the accuracy, safety, and alignment of model outputs.
• Take a short skills verification test (approximately 10-15 minutes) before being admitted to the participant pool.
• Self-declare earnings and manage personal tax obligations as a self-employed contractor.
