Qualifications

• Verifiable professional experience as an AI trainer or in a closely related annotation, evaluation, or content review role.
• Willingness to complete a brief skills verification test, typically 10-15 minutes long
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to concentrate on complex, nuanced tasks for sustained periods
• A reliable, fast internet connection and access to a suitable computer
• Comfort with self-employed status and a willingness to self-declare earnings
• A PayPal account to receive payments from research clients

Responsibilities

• Complete AI training tasks such as analyzing, editing, and writing annotations on model outputs
• Judge and provide structured feedback on how well AI systems perform across different prompts and scenarios
• Contribute to improving next-generation AI models through consistent, high-quality human input
• Maintain focus during individual tasks that can require up to one hour of uninterrupted work
• Follow task-specific guidelines provided by research teams to ensure reliable data quality
