Qualifications

• Degree in a quantitative field, MS or PhD preferred.
• Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and machine learning.
• Proficient in Python, R, SQL, or similar tools.
• Experienced with data wrangling, exploratory analysis, and model evaluation.
• Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Strong written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model outputs for accuracy and quality.
• Design data‑driven evaluation criteria.
• Analyze patterns in AI responses to identify errors.
• Create high‑quality training data including annotations.
• Provide feedback to improve model performance.
• Review AI‑generated outputs for correctness.
• Work independently and asynchronously.
