Job summary

DataAnnotation seeks an AI Trainer to train and evaluate AI models by reviewing quantitative outputs, creating rigorous training tasks, and delivering actionable feedback. This is a fully remote contract position with hourly compensation and flexible scheduling, paid via PayPal.

The AI Trainer will design qualitative/quantitative problems for training and benchmarking, assess AI-generated work for accuracy, and provide clear explanations and well-documented code.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a quantitative role or related research environment.
• Some coding experience with end-to-end analytical code.
• Experience with statistical methods, predictive modeling, and experiment design (A/B tests, regression, time-series).
• Fluency in English with strong writing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master’s/PhD a plus.
• Credentials such as Kaggle rankings or cloud certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated quantitative work for accuracy and real-world validity.
• Design and solve quantitative problems to train and benchmark AI systems.
