You will evaluate and score AI responses, annotate data sets, review content for relevance and accuracy, and provide actionable feedback to inform ongoing model improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data annotation.
• Experience evaluating large volumes of content against detailed criteria.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and score AI-generated responses using rubrics and metrics across diverse subjects.
• Annotate and categorize data sets to improve AI model accuracy.
• Review content for relevance, coherence, and factual accuracy.
• Provide actionable feedback on AI performance for model improvements.
• Collaborate with the customer’s team to interpret guidelines and refine rubrics.
• Document findings and maintain meticulous records of annotations and evaluations.
• Engage in critical reading and analysis of business, finance, marketing, healthcare, and legal domains.
