Responsibilities

• Evaluate and score AI-generated responses using rubrics and metrics.

• Provide clear, actionable feedback on AI performance.
• Collaborate with the customer’s team to interpret guidelines and refine rubrics.
• Document findings and maintain records of annotations and evaluations.
