Qualifications

• Experience with instructional design and curriculum development.
• Familiarity with adult learning theories and assessment methods.

Responsibilities

• Converse with the model on real-world training scenarios and theoretical questions about adult education.
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of responses.
• Capture reproducible error traces and document failure modes to inform improvements.
• Suggest enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
