Prolific is seeking Personal and Executive Assistants to join our Expert Network for AI training tasks. Roles are fully remote and freelance, with paid tasks that may require an hour of uninterrupted work.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience as a PA, EA or similar.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking to translate workflows into structured evaluation tasks.
• High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Write detailed outlines of your workflows.
• Describe one regular task in detail.
• Projects may take days to months and occur weekly.
• Stick to one task per outline.
• Include the steps, tools, decision points and edge cases.
