Job summary

Prolific is seeking Personal and Executive Assistants to join its Expert Network for AI training. Work fully remotely on an ad hoc, freelance basis, with payment via PayPal.

You will complete a 10–15 minute test to assess fit, then join as a participant and perform paid tasks requiring about an hour of uninterrupted work, with many tasks shorter and flexible hours. Experts with 3–5 years of PA/EA experience and strong written communication are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a PA, EA or similar.
• Exceptional written communication skills
• Analytical thinking, the ability to translate complex workflows into structured evaluation tasks and provide clear, nuanced feedback
• Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Write detailed outlines of your workflows
• You will be asked to write about one of the tasks you perform regularly, in as much detail as you can
• Ideal tasks to write about for this project take between a few days to a few months, are critical to your job, and are performed at least once a week
• Stick to one task per outline. This is about real depth on a single process, not a tour of your whole role
• Include the steps, the tools and information you draw on, the decision points and the edge cases
