Outlier is seeking OpenClaw Agent Builder freelancers to shape the future of autonomous agents. This remote, freelance role offers pay up to $50 USD/hr with weekly payments and flexible hours, typically 5-10 hours/week but can go up to 40 hours as projects require.

You'll work on training and evaluating agents, writing rubrics, debugging traces, and stress testing to ensure robust real-world performance across live tools and APIs. Strong backend and AI automation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (e.g., distinct services for data parsing, logic processing, and reporting).
• Practical experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Attention to detail with the ability to provide high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
