TubeScience Labs, the applied-AI team inside TubeScience, is hiring an AI Systems Architect to lead the infrastructure at the core of our production AI platform — the media pipelines, LLM routing layers, distributed data systems, agentic AI systems, and observability tooling that everything depends on. • Must have led architectural projects across teams and produced production-ready systems.
• Expertise in data flow, fault tolerance, and performance under real load.
• Experience designing AI agents, multi-agent coordination, and observability.
• Defined platform strategy with clear build order and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the infrastructure core for media pipelines, LLM routing, and observability.
• Design AI agent systems including orchestration, tool-calling, and MCP servers.
• Tackle distributed systems challenges and ensure reliability under load.
• Drive platform roadmap with engineering and product teams.
