Ladders is seeking an AI Strategy & Transformation Architect to guide enterprise clients through AI-enabled transformations, translating broad business challenges into strategic roadmaps and executable delivery plans. This role partners with executives, advisory teams, and delivery leaders to define priorities and connect vision to implementation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in management consulting, enterprise strategy, or digital transformation.
• 3+ years leading Salesforce-based engagements at a delivery or architecture level.
• Hands-on experience operationalizing agentic AI use cases.
• Proven track record of leading executive-level workshops and strategic decision sessions.
• Strong functional understanding of the Salesforce platform and AI ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor on advisory engagements, leading client interactions
• Facilitate sessions with stakeholders to identify business priorities and transformation goals
• Transform ambiguous problems into clear, actionable problem statements
• Produce strategic artifacts such as capability models and prioritized roadmaps
• Lead redesign of business processes with AI as a primary focus
• Translate findings into scoped AI use cases for delivery
• Bridge strategy to user stories by collaborating with delivery teams
