Synthires is seeking a remote contract evaluator to support an AI training project. You will review short English audio recordings, judge naturalness for regional accents, and provide structured feedback to improve AI speech quality.

Ideal candidates have native-level English, familiarity with UK/Ireland/Australia accents, sharp listening and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. This role is remote and hourly, with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Native-level English proficiency from UK, Ireland or Australia.
• Strong knowledge of regional English accents and pronunciation.
• Excellent listening, analytical and evaluative skills.

Responsabilités

• Listen to and evaluate short English audio recordings.
• Assess whether speech sounds natural and appropriate for the target accent or region.
• Evaluate pronunciation, fluency, tone, and natural speech patterns.
• Identify inconsistencies and unnatural elements in spoken English.
• Provide clear, structured feedback on audio quality.
• Follow project guidelines and maintain evaluation accuracy and consistency.
