Job summary

Synthires is seeking a remote contract evaluator to support an AI training project. You will review short English audio recordings, judge naturalness for regional accents, and provide structured feedback to improve AI speech quality.

Ideal candidates have native-level English, familiarity with UK/Ireland/Australia accents, sharp listening and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. This role is remote and hourly, with competitive compensation.
