Job summary

Lumenalta is seeking an AI Solution Engineer to work autonomously on client projects, delivering hands-on integration and architectural work with a strong ROI focus.

You will partner with client teams, build discovery backlogs, and evaluate AI opportunities within EMR/care management environments, using TypeScript/Node and Python on Azure to create scalable, privacy-conscious solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering full-stack and integration projects.
• Experience applying LLMs to real delivery work.
• Azure stack, integration, and automation expertise.
• HIPAA data handling awareness and privacy.
• Autonomous, client-facing work style with proactive blockers flagging.
• Clear written and spoken English for executives and teams.

Responsibilities

• Embed with client teams as autonomous technical partner.
• Build and maintain a discovery backlog with stakeholders.
• Evaluate AI integration opportunities with client systems (EMR/care mgmt).
• Design and implement on Microsoft Azure – integration, automation, reference architecture.
• Create mockups and ROI-focused use cases for executives.
• Deliver a technical roadmap and architecture for client teams to own.
• Design privacy-first data flows compliant with HIPAA.
