Job summary

IRIS Software, Inc. is seeking an AI Solution Architect for a remote role.

The candidate will lead end-to-end engineering with Agile DevOps, modernize across cloud-native platforms (Azure) and frontend/backend stacks, and collaborate with architecture and product teams to deliver scalable AI solutions. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of experience, familiarity with Microsoft agent ecosystems, and a strong grasp of responsible AI governance, RBAC, and observability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 8 years' experience.
Experience with Microsoft agent ecosystem concepts (single-agent and multi-agent patterns, orchestration, tool integration, observability, governance).
Familiarity with enterprise agent platform components (control plane, guardrails, RBAC, audit logging, model routing).
Exposure to internal AI governance guidance and responsible agent development best practices.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery using Agile DevOps: own end-to-end engineering lifecycle from planning to support.
Build and modernize across full-stack and cloud-native platforms including Azure and modern web stacks.
Partner with architects and product to shape scalable solutions.
Design and deliver enterprise AI solutions, leading POCs, pilots and production deployments.
Stay current on GenAI patterns and ensure responsible AI with governance and privacy considerations.
