Rastegar Property Company is looking for an AI Social Media Architect to design and operate a highly automated, multi-platform social media ecosystem. This role goes beyond a traditional Social Media Manager and requires hands-on AI, automation, and systems thinking to scale reach across platforms.

The successful candidate will own end-to-end content workflows, build AI-native personas, and create data-driven strategies that convert audiences into qualified attention and measurable business

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience building and growing social media audiences.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn.
• Hands-on experience with multi-account social networks.
• Experience using AI to automate content production or distribution.
• Proficiency with LLMs, AI agents, APIs, and workflow automation.
• Experience building automated long-form-to-short-form content pipelines.
• Ability to link social activity to measurable business outcomes.
• Strong ownership and independent execution.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate an AI-powered content engine across podcasts, interviews, and other content.
• Design automated workflows for the full content lifecycle from long-form content to publish and analyze.
• Use AI to accelerate content production while maintaining quality and platform-native execution.
• Continuously improve the efficiency and output of the content operation.
• Design and operate a network of social accounts across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn.
• Develop differentiated distribution strategies for various brand and founder accounts.
