Job summary

Dell Technologies is seeking a Senior Consultant, Account Services Management for Springfield, Ohio, to lead AI server deals and governance within the SSaaS program. You will advise on AI infrastructure deployments, develop scalable delivery playbooks, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional customer outcomes.

The role emphasizes executive communication, project leadership, and deep technical expertise across servers, storage, networking, and cloud.

Qualifications

Travel regionally as business needs fluctuate.
Strong experience with contract interpretation, SOW management, and risk assessment for large infrastructure deals.
Deep understanding of AI workloads, GPU/server architecture, and enterprise infrastructure (servers, storage, networking, cloud).
Ability to translate technical requirements into scalable deliverables and delivery leadership.
Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead AI server deal execution & governance across delivery teams.
Act as AI infrastructure SME advising on deployment and optimization.
Standardize and scale operations with repeatable playbooks and delivery models.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with support, engineering, sales, logistics, and field teams.
Lead reviews, resolve escalations, and drive continuous improvement.
