Qualifications

• 10-12 years of progressive PM experience in technology services, IT infrastructure deployment, or data center operations.
• Proven ability to influence C-level sponsors and senior internal leadership.
• Governing concurrent, multi-workstream deployment portfolios with tight scope, schedule, and risk controls.
• Willingness to travel extensively to US customer data center sites.
• Strong problem-solving and escalation management skills for large-scale deployments.
• Technical fluency to engage with architects, engineers, vendors, and deployment teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern complex, multi-workstream deployment programs—traveling regularly to customer data center sites to oversee execution, manage escalations, and ensure delivery quality.
• Operate as senior value orchestrator and trusted advisor to customer leadership, aligning contracted solutions with realized outcomes.
• Architect predictive risk frameworks to surface early warning signals and drive pre-emptive interventions.
• Identify lifecycle value and expansion opportunities with sales, pre-sales, and customer success teams.
• Mentor junior consultants and onboard onsite resources while embedding AI-driven delivery practices.
