Job summary

99x Brazil is seeking an AIO Specialist to lead end‑to‑end optimization for AI-powered search and answer engines. You will audit brand AI visibility, define prompts/topics, and collaborate with marketing and engineering to implement content and technical changes.

The role blends hands‑on SEO with an experimental approach to how LLMs retrieve and synthesize information. You will optimize content for direct answers, improve crawlability, and grow off‑site authority with digital PR and trusted

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in SEO, content strategy or growth, with hands‑on technical SEO knowledge.
Practical experience optimizing brands or content for AI search / answer engines (AIO, GEO, AEO or LLMO).
Solid understanding of how LLM‑based search works (retrieval, grounding, citations).
Experience with structured data, entity optimization and site architecture.
Comfortable with analytics and data: GA4, Google Search Console, spreadsheets/BI; able to build simple dashboards and define KPIs.
Experience with SEO platforms (Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog) and AI visibility tracking tools (Profound, Peec AI, Otterly, Semrush AI Toolkit, Ahrefs Brand Radar).
Strong writing and content editing skills in English.
Advanced English for daily communication with international clients.
Able to learn a technical B2B domain quickly and write about it accurately for expert readers.
Agency or consulting experience managing multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Audit AI visibility and map brand presence in AI-generated answers; benchmark against competitors.
Define the AIO/GEO strategy; identify content and authority gaps and create a prioritized roadmap.
Optimize content for AI retrieval; ensure content is structured for easy extraction and quotes with strong topical authority.
Write paste-ready copy (FAQs, definitions, titles) in the client’s product language and get claims cleared with experts and compliance.
Collaborate with developers on crawlability, schema.org, entity signals, site performance and emerging standards; leverage no-code builders when faster.
Grow off-site authority through reviews, directories, Wikipedia/Wikidata, forums, partner content and digital PR.
Plan industry-specific channels like LinkedIn, PeerSpot, G2 and professional communities.
Measure and report AI share of voice, citations, brand mentions, sentiment and AI-referred traffic; translate results into client recommendations.
