Role Overview

We are looking for an expert who stays ahead of search algorithms, AI overviews, LLM citations, and modern search behaviors. In this role, you will lead our organic growth strategyoptimizing acofel.com not just for Google, Bing, and traditional engines, but also for AI search platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude.

Key Responsibilities

• Traditional SEO Execution: Drive on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, keyword rankings, and high-quality backlinks.
• AEO & AI Search Optimization: Craft content structures, schema markups, and entity relationship mappings so our site is cited and recommended by AI answer engines (ChatGPT Search, Perplexity, Claude, Google AI Overviews).
• AI Tool Integration: Utilize advanced AI SEO tools for keyword research, content gap analysis, automated internal linking, and competitor intelligence.
• Content & Entity Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to build authoritative, structured, and entity-driven content aligned with Google’s E-E-A-T guidelines and conversational search queries.
• Technical Audits & Performance: Perform regular technical audits (site speed, crawlability, indexation, structured data) to ensure peak site health and user experience.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track organic impressions, AI referral traffic, conversion rates, and rank positions, translating data into actionable growth strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of proven success in SEO, with documented experience in Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and AI SEO strategies.
• AI Search Expertise: Deep understanding of how AI engines retrieve, index, and cite sources (Entity SEO, Semantic Search, Zero-Click Searches).
• Technical Mastery: Strong command of Schema/JSON-LD, Core Web Vitals, XML sitemaps, canonicalization, and index control.
• Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and emerging AI research suites.
