Amaris Consulting, part of Mantu, is hiring an AI Security Engineer for a fully remote role based in Spain. You will join an international team to secure AI solutions, collaborate with AI Engineering teams, and translate security risks into actionable controls across AI apps, data, and cloud environments.

The role requires 3+ years in cybersecurity and at least 1 year working with AI solutions, with strong knowledge of ML, Generative AI, and secure development practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Security Engineering, or related field.
• At least 1 year hands-on AI solutions experience, ideally in AI development/security.
• Solid understanding of ML, Generative AI, and AI architectures.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Translate AI security risks and goals into practical security controls and standards.
• Conduct AI security assessments, threat modelling, and security testing for AI/ML solutions.
• Collaborate with development, platform, and cybersecurity teams to embed controls.
• Define security requirements for AI apps, models, data, and identities.
• Support secure AI engineering processes and security best practices.
• Implement monitoring, incident readiness, and risk mitigation for AI environments.
• Stay up to date with trends in AI Security and Generative AI.
