Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an AI Security Architect for a remote, six-month contract implementing hands-on security leadership across AI systems. You will oversee prompt and data protection, governance, and platform reuse, driving secure design across engineering teams.

You will design AI gateway controls for model traffic, enable audit logging, and enforce policy, while collaborating with regional teams across AD, EMEA, APAC, and HO to reduce high-impact AI risks.

Qualifications

• Experience leading security initiatives for LLM-powered applications, copilots, agentic systems, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Hands-on ability to design and implement security controls for prompt/data protection, output handling, and governance for AI systems.
• Strong understanding of AI gateway concepts and centralise security policy enforcement for model traffic.
• Proficiency in at least one modern scripting language (Python/Go/Node.js) for automation, tooling, and integrations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across security architecture, engineering, operations, finance, procurement, risk, compliance, legal, privacy, business technology teams, vendors, and regional security leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on leadership across AI security architecture.
• Design and implement controls to reduce risks such as prompt injection, data leakage, and improper output handling.
• Partner with engineering to embed secure-by-design patterns into AI application development, deployment, and operations.
• Create guardrails for AI systems that process customers, employees, and regulated data.
• Architect and implement AI gateway controls that centralise security policy enforcement for model traffic.
