Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring an Enterprise AI Security Architect - Enterprise Architecture to lead security architecture for AI and cloud-native initiatives. You will translate cybersecurity strategy into reference architectures, working with EA, Security, Infrastructure, engineering and business leaders to embed security across platforms.

The role requires 10+ years in cybersecurity/architecture, strong communication, and experience with AI security in cloud-native or hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive cybersecurity/architecture experience, including enterprise security.
• Ability to translate technical risks into executive-level recommendations.
• Experience designing AI security for cloud-native, AI infrastructure, or ML environments.
• Experience securing on-premises or hybrid AI infrastructure including GPUs, data pipelines, and related security controls.
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead security architecture and technical design for AI and emerging technologies across cloud, data, applications, and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with EA, Security, Infrastructure, engineering and business leaders to embed security into technology strategies.
• Analyze and mitigate security risks in complex solution designs; provide actionable recommendations.
• Define security architecture for cloud-native, AI, ML, data, identity, and integration environments.
• Develop reusable security patterns and guardrails for enterprise delivery.
• Advise leaders on security decisions and translate risks into business terms.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, including generative AI, for responsible adoption.
• Mentor architects and engineers to strengthen enterprise security practices.
