Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group seeks an Enterprise AI Security Architect to join the Enterprise Architecture practice. This remote role supports nationwide work with Hawaii and Alaska excluded, enabling you to influence security strategy for AI, cloud-native platforms, and data infrastructure.

You will lead architecture, mentor teams, and partner with security, infrastructure, and business senior leaders to translate risk into actionable, governance-driven decisions while advancing enterprise AI security

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent education with cybersecurity/architectural experience.
• 10+ years in cybersecurity/architecture with enterprise security leadership.
• Ability to translate security risks into executive recommendations.
• Experience designing AI security for cloud-native or ML environments.
• Experience securing on-premises or hybrid AI infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead security architecture and design for AI and emerging tech across cloud, data, and identity.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, engineering, and business leaders to embed security into technology strategies.
• Review complex designs, identify security risks, and provide practical risk-based recommendations.
• Define and evolve security architecture for cloud-native, AI, ML, data, identity, and integration environments.
• Develop reusable security patterns and guardrails for scalable, enterprise delivery.
• Advise senior leaders on security architecture decisions and translate risks into clear business terms.
• Evaluate emerging technologies including generative AI and recommend responsible adoption approaches.
• Influence architecture governance, exception management, and technology investment decisions.
• Mentor architects and engineers and strengthen enterprise security architecture practices.
