Job summary

Alignerr is seeking an AI Security Analyst to stress-test frontier AI models, probe for weaknesses, and classify threats. This fully remote, hourly contract role offers 10–40 hours per week, with work on your own schedule and a focus on safe, robust AI deployment.

You will analyze adversarial scenarios, investigate prompt injections, and apply threat modeling to emerging AI technologies while collaborating with leading research teams.

Qualifications

• Background in cybersecurity or related field.
• Strong threat modeling knowledge for AI/LLM systems.
• Familiar with prompt injection, adversarial inputs, and data exfiltration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze AI and LLM security scenarios under adversarial conditions.
• Investigate prompt injection, data leakage risks, model abuse vectors, and misuse patterns.
• Classify security vulnerabilities and evaluate mitigations by impact and likelihood.
• Apply threat modeling frameworks to AI technologies and deployment scenarios.
• Help improve AI system behavior to stay safe and robust.
• Work independently on task-based assignments on your own schedule.
