Alignerr is seeking a Vulnerability Management Analyst (AI Training) to help evaluate and improve how AI systems reason about real-world cyber risk. You will analyze CVEs, exposure scenarios, and remediation choices across infrastructure and applications, shaping AI-driven security judgments.

This remote, hourly-contract role offers flexible hours and the chance to influence cutting-edge AI research labs worldwide.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience in vulnerability management, security operations or infrastructure security.
• Familiarity with CVEs, vulnerability scanners, patching workflows and risk prioritization.
• Ability to explain complex security decisions in writing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze vulnerability reports, CVEs and exposure scenarios across infrastructure and applications.
• Classify severity, exploitability and business impact beyond CVSS scores.
• Evaluate patching and remediation decision-making for accuracy and practicality.
• Generate, label and validate security-reasoning data used to train AI systems.
• Provide structured feedback to help AI understand real-world tradeoffs.
