RWS is seeking a web-savvy, AI-focused Search Quality Rater to help shape the future of global AI search. You will test and evaluate how client search engines respond to everyday queries from real users, contributing to higher quality results.

Work from home in the United States (Wisconsin) with a flexible schedule of 10–29 hours per week. Ideal candidates are curious, reliable, and capable of meeting quality SLAs while adhering to an NDA.

Qualifications

• Reside in the United States (Wisconsin)
• Strong understanding of popular culture in the United States
• Commit to 10–29 hours per week
• Must sign and adhere to project NDA
• Have a smartphone and personal computer with reliable internet
• Must pass training modules and a client-created test
• Only one Search Quality Rater per household
• Must be 18+ years old

Responsibilities

• Test and evaluate how client search engines respond to everyday searches
• Work through a variety of assignments to enhance AI data quality
• Contribute to improving the online search experience for users
