Job summary

RWS is seeking a part-time Search Quality Rater in the United States (Nebraska) to help improve AI search experiences. You will perform everyday searches and evaluate results, providing precise feedback to refine ranking and relevance.

Candidates should have strong online research skills, be curious about AI, and able to work independently from a home office, with reliable internet and a schedule of 10–29 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must reside in United States (Nebraska).
• Commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week, maximum of 29 hours per week.
• Must sign and adhere to project NDA.
• Have a smartphone and a personal computer with reliable internet connection.
• Reliable antivirus software to protect your computer.
• Must pass training modules and a required test before commencing work.
• Only one Search Quality Rater per household.
• Must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Test and evaluate how our clients’ search engine responds to everyday searches.
• Provide precise feedback to improve relevance and ranking.
• Maintain quality and accuracy SLAs while working from a home office.
