Job summary

RWS is seeking a web-savvy Search Quality Rater to test and evaluate how our clients’ search engines respond to everyday queries from real users. You’ll apply your online research skills and keen understanding of popular culture to judge relevance and accuracy.

Work from home in the United States (Maryland residents preferred) for 10–29 hours per week, pass training and NDA requirements, and help shape AI data that improves search experiences globally.

Qualifications

• Currently reside in the United States (Maryland).
• Commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week, maximum of 29 hours per week.
• Must sign and adhere to project NDA.
• Must pass training modules and a required test created by our client before commencing work.
• Must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Test and evaluate client search engine responses to everyday searches.
• Use search expertise to improve AI data for better user experience.
• Maintain quality and accuracy SLAs in a fast-paced home-office setting.
