Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, compare image and video outputs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely on your own schedule.

You will help shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve through evaluation and feedback. The role offers flexible hours and weekly payments, with access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfortable with natural conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Candidates from multiple countries are welcome, including the United States.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Write a concise explanation in English detailing what was wrong and why.
