Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare outputs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You’ll rate prompts, judge images and videos, and write concise explanations in English. The role offers flexible hours, weekly payments, and free access to leading LLMs, with compensation up to $18 per hour depending on expertise.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaking and clear written communication skills are required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews is beneficial.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Writing a concise English explanation of observed issues and rationale.
