Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will rate live conversations with AI voice models, compare AI-generated images and videos, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is nice to have.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions in natural conversations.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models in English and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which adheres to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted visuals, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Write a concise, evidence-based explanation of what you observed in English.
