Outlier is hiring detail-oriented reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media from home. You will lead live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs for prompt adherence, and explain issues in writing. Remote, flexible hours, with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs.

The role emphasizes clear English communication, high attention to detail, and the ability to describe why outputs fail succinctly. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on content.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is nice to have.
• Able to think on your feet and converse naturally in realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to decide clearly when options have flaws.

Responsabilités

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English.
