Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media and participate in live scenario-based conversations with AI voice models. You will rank responses, compare image/video pairs for adherence to prompts, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off—all remotely and on your own schedule.

Contributors help shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn by providing precise feedback. This role offers flexible hours, remote work, and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based reviews.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Writing a clear, evidence-based explanation of what was seen or heard.
