Outlier is seeking detail-oriented freelancers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what went wrong—remotely and on your own schedule. Your input will help improve AI systems and evaluation processes.

Ideal candidates are fluent English speakers with sharp attention to detail, strong writing, and the ability to decide when one option has flaws. All work is remote with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Ability to articulate explanations in writing.

Responsabilités

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Writing a concise English explanation pointing to observed issues.
