Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an AI Research Scientist 4/5 – Generative Models, Recommender Systems, based in the United States. This fully remote role focuses on cutting-edge research in generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and recommendation systems to transform how audiences discover and engage with content.

You will lead end-to-end ML projects from research to deployment, develop and evaluate generative models, and collaborate with engineers and researchers to deliver impactful solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, NLU, and text generation for practical challenges.
• Experience tracking literature on LLMs and generative models and translating findings into business apps.
• Expertise in one or more post-training LLM approaches and model adaptation.
• Experience leading ML projects from research to production.
• Analytical, problem-solving with a research mindset.
• Excellent communication to explain complex ML concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and set technical direction.

Responsibilities

• AI and generative model research and translation into practical solutions.
• Lead end-to-end ML lifecycle: research, experimentation, training, evaluation, optimization.
• Improve text generation, summarization, and develop reliable AI evaluators.
• Design and apply LLM-based evaluators to ensure output quality.
• Combine generative content with recommendations to improve user engagement.
• Collaborate with researchers and engineers to deploy models in production workflows.
• Define technical roadmaps and communicate findings to stakeholders.
